This Privacy Policy explains how Fast Cut Lawn Care (FCLC) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application (The Fast Cut Lawn Care App) and lawn care services. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information about you in a few ways when you use our app:

Personal Data

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and physical mailing/service address. This information is stored in our database. 
• Account Credentials: Passwords and unique user IDs created for app registration. User ID's are stored but passwords are never stored. If you forget your password, you will need to reset it. 

Property and Service Data

• Property Details: If necessary, we will capture notes about your lawn to better improve our practices and cut times. This can include photos of your yard.
• Service History: Scheduled visits, services performed, and customer feedback.

Financial Data

• Payment Information: Credit card details or bank account info collected by our secure third-party payment processors STRIPE. We do not store your full financial data. 
• We also don't have reoccuring payments on this version of the app. You have to book each new service after the last one has been completed. 

Mobile Device Data

• We only run a report to see how many customers are IOS users and how many are Andriod users to help inform us on where we're placing our app and how successful it is on the two platforms. 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to run our business and support your experience:

• To schedule, perform, and confirm lawn care services at your property.
• To process your payments and prevent billing fraud.
• To send you service updates, weather delays, and booking confirmations via app notifications, text, or email.
• To allow our crews to navigate to your property efficiently.
• To improve our app functionality and customer service.

3. Sharing Your Information

We WILL NOT sell your personal data. Unless a subpoena is issued, we will NEVER share your information. 

• For Legal Reasons: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and rights of our company and customers.

4. Data Security

We use commercial-grade physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or digital storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
